Kyle had a good experience with BetterHelp for virtual therapy.
Amanda had a good experience with Brightside for virtual psychiatric care. She does not recommend Hers online mental health services.
We had such a negative experience with ReGain for couples therapy that we recommend steering clear of it.

RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the
nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates
the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800.656.HOPE, online.rainn.org y rainn.org/es) in partnership with more
than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country and
operates the DoD Safe Helpline for the Department of Defense. RAINN also
carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help survivors, and ensure
that perpetrators are brought to justice.
The National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) is the
leading nonprofit in providing information and tools to prevent and respond to
sexual violence. NSVRC translates research and trends into best practices that
help individuals, communities and service providers achieve real and lasting
change. The center also works with the media to promote informed reporting.
Every April, NSVRC leads Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), a campaign to
educate and engage the public in addressing this widespread issue. NSVRC is
also one of the three founding organizations of RALIANCE, a national, collaborative
initiative dedicated to creating equitable, respectful, and safe environments.
NSVRC is a primary division of Respect
Together.
